Our Experience
Auspex Consulting has 20 years’ experience in the Earned Value Management environment and the supporting suites of tools provided by industry leaders like Deltek. Our experience ranges from being responsible for supporting existing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), through the monthly business cycle, designing and implementing systems to support a variety of industries and environments and reviewing and assessing the validity of EVM Systems and their deliverables for government clients. Our broad experience across the different roles and industries provides Auspex a clear understanding of the challenges and goals of our clients.
