Beyond fundamentals, this Deltek Cobra Administration class is focused on building the skills of your organization's designated administrators to implement Cobra, leverage advanced functionality, and customize Deltek Cobra to make it as efficient as possible in your organization.  

This class includes detailed training on implementing Deltek's EPM Administrator module to allow your organization to empower your project controls staff while maintaining your data integrity and security.

 Going beyond the basic reporting functionality in Deltek Cobra, this training dives into developing custom Deltek Cobra reports and reporting capabilities.  Coming out of this training, you will be able to build custom reports utilizing the Excel-based reporting engine in Deltek Cobra to meet your organization's reporting needs.

 Leveraging the robust risk management capabilities of Deltek Acumen can enable your organization to manage your project risk portfolio proactively.  This training focuses on using Deltek Acumen to manage your risk register, integrate cost and schedule risks, perform risk analysis on your projects, and report those results.

The schedule is arguably the keystone artifact in project controls, and as such, if you don't have a solid schedule, the rest of your project controls reports are suspect.  This training focuses on teaching your project controls resources on leveraging the industry-leading capabilities of Deltek Acumen Fuse to assess the validity of your schedule, drive behavior to better schedules, spot trends before they impact your project execution, and integrate your schedule and cost information into a single platform for analysis.  As a result, regardless of your or your contractors, schedule source data, you will come out of this course with a clear understanding of how to measure and improve your project controls quality.

Auspex's Deltek Cobra Fundamentals training focuses on getting your resources from zero to functional in a fast-paced, information-packed two-day training.  Too often, fundamentals training focuses on explaining every possible button, option, and capability of a tool when the goal should be "get functional" for the fundamentals class.  

Our training provides an overview of Deltek Cobra to set the context of how the tool works in a project controls environment and from there dives into what you are expected to know to establish a project baseline, deliver monthly reports, produce valid forecasts, actionable corrective action plans and adequately implement changes to your baseline.  Of course, we don't expect our students to know everything about Deltek Cobra after our class, but instead, our goal is for students to walk away with a solid understanding of what they can and can't do in the tool and know where to go in the training manual to refresh on an explanation of options or how-tos.
